You can manage how you receive notifications from your Exotel account through the **Notification Settings** page.

### Steps to Update Your Notification Preferences

1. [Log in](https://my.exotel.in) to your Exotel account.
2. Click on the [Settings](https://my.exotel.com/Exotel/account) (spanner icon) at the top of your account.
3. From the left panel, select **Notification Settings**.

4. **Toggle On/Off** the notification boxes to set your preferred notification options.

### Notes

You can opt out of most non-essential communications from Exotel.
However, some messages — such as **downtime alerts**, **billing reminders**, and other **administrative updates** — may still be sent.
