2. At the end of the page, you can see an option called per call value.
Per call value: It is just a hypothetical value by default, as 500 - This is the value of a missed call for your organisation.

## Step 2: Purchase Exophone

Please go to Exophones under the Manage option and check if a virtual number is assigned/allocated to your account. This is separate from the sandbox number(095-), which is common for every trial account. Please do not use the 09513885656 number for calling as it requires a PIN to connect.

- If in case the virtual number is not assigned, click on ‘NEW EXOPHONE’ option -> Click on Change -> Select Region -> Select Exophone ->Next -> Rent -> Select the flow-> Assign App(This can be default ‘landing flow’)
- KYC approval is needed to get the Virtual Number assigned.
- Please write to Exotel hello\@exotel.com if the KYC is not approved within 24 working hours or facing issues getting a Virtual number.
