Admin Guide: How to Install Apps from the Marketplace

general instructions browse & download go to the app marketplace (link) and find the app you need on the app's detail page, the app link is provided click the download button to save the app file (usually a zip) log in to ameyo log in with your it administrator account navigate to app configuration go to system configuration tab > app configuration upload the app click the "upload" or "add new app" button and select the file you downloaded in step 1 configure the app after the upload is complete, here you must set user roles who can see and use this app? (e g , agents, supervisors, or specific teams) ui location where should the app's icon or widget appear? (top bar, left navigation bar, right side panel) once the app is installed it will be visible in the app list as shown the following screenshot save & verify save your changes log in as one of the target users (e g , an agent) to verify that the app appears in the correct location and functions as expected installation & configuration of agent self monitoring app installation and setup this is a 3 part process you must configure the app installer first (in case it is not enabled for your setup), then configure js stats, and finally install the agent self monitoring app part a configure app manager (app installer configuration) docid 9neb8hyrrdfsyqzbz7ngg (prerequisite) if this option is not available on your admin interface, please connect with our support team via the support portal or through your designated customer success managers to get this enabled on your setup part b configure js stats (app requirement) verify file ensure the file agentbreakstats js exists in the path /dacx/var/ameyo/dacxdata/com drishti dacx server product/conf/jsproviders/ edit ini file edit /dacx/var/ameyo/dacxdata/com drishti dacx server product/conf/dacxameyoproserverdefault ini and set the following key js provider path=/dacx/var/ameyo/dacxdata/com drishti dacx server product/conf/jsproviders/ run database query insert the js stats configuration into the database insert into sm provider configuration (stats type,stats name,stats interval,stats duration,enabled)values('jsstats','agentbreakstats',60000,43200,true); reload services reload the system configuration parameter in the ameyo application system settings part c install the agent self monitoring app download the app download the aaex file from the link below app link { "columns" \[ { "id" "1", "name" "doing ", "items" \[ { "id" "mabjtwtjsfqrgmpzwgwjb", "content" "add app link here", "justadded" false } ] }, { "id" "3", "name" "done", "items" \[] } ] } navigate to app manager log in to ameyo as an administrator and go to the app configuration (app manager) page you configured in part a upload click the upload button present on the right cornor of the interface to upload the app file (agent self monitoring app with aaex extension) a) after uploading the file, the following screen will appear b) configure slot slot mapping till 4 81 version map agent role to the agentheader slot from 4 11 on wards the slot will be top bar global note this app does not have a slot available for the voice admin role known issues calling stats reset after every server restart, whereas renaming stats do not reset the app is not functional for users with the group manager role
