has no change and are same delivered in last patch cycle feature enhancements addition of service time in 4x reports (en 145896) previously, the aagent productivity report only displayed staffed duration (ready time + break time), but it did not provide visibility into the detailed breakdown of ready time this made it difficult for supervisors and contact center managers to analyze how much time agents actually spent serving customers versus being idle or setting up added a "service time" column after the existing "ready time column" this build introduces a service time column in the following reports agent productivity summary and agent productivity interval summary the calculation now follows a consistent formula across both versions total staffed duration = ready duration + break duration ready duration = total idle time + total service time enhanced interaction archiver search (en 146966) the interaction archiver has been upgraded to enhance usability and better align with customer compliance and auditing workflows this enhancement closes a gap in the previous search functionality, which only supported searching by interaction id and customer id the addition of key updates database added a new column to the archived interaction table in ticketarchiverdb user interface introduced a new column in the table grid for improved data visibility updated the filter dropdown to include additional search options functionality ticket id is now displayed when a ticket is viewed through the action button added support for searching interactions using custom id and customer phone number this improvement enables compliance officers to quickly locate specific records using identifiers familiar from internal reports bug fixes display of agent and queue details for missed calls (ga 15383) an issue was identified where the supervisor >call details page did not display the queue name and a gent id for inbound calls if two consecutive agents missed the same call and the customer disconnected during the reacd (reattempt) state the system failed to record the last assigned agent and queue information for these calls this has now been resolved the queue name and agent id will be correctly shown on the call details page for all missed inbound calls, ensuring complete visibility of call routing and assignment information ameyo dialer stuck on callback disposition (sl 17600) resolved an issue where agents were unable to scroll or complete call disposal after selecting the ācallbackā disposition, which caused the ameyo dialer interface to become unresponsive agents can now smoothly complete call disposal in these scenarios without any interruption whatsapp and messenger chat is not working ( sl 17606) addressed an issue where the default number regex preprocessor only accepted digits, resulting in validation failures when phone numbers contained a ā+ā country code the number regex preprocessor now correctly handles country codes, allowing successful creation of new customer profiles in whatsapp and messenger chat channels monitoring data and reports multilingual character support in pdf reports (ga 15266) resolved an issue where reports generated in pdf format were not displaying special or non english language characters correctly, instead showing boxes or unreadable text reports now properly render multilingual content, ensuring accurate display of call details across all supported languages security and performance updates referrer policy header | vapt (ga 15317) the referrer policy response header has been implemented to enhance data privacy and control the information shared in http requests the policy āstrict origin when cross originā is now applied, ensuring only the origin is sent for cross origin requests while maintaining full referrer details for same origin requests this aligns with modern browser defaults and improves security vapt | ip address removal | logout screen (ga 15316) to enhance security and minimize risks from potential man in the middle attacks, the ip address has been removed from both the force logout notification and the login api response the force logout message now displays āanother login detected, forcing termination of this sessionā the ip details will still be available in system logs for debugging purposes security enhancement content security policy (csp) update (ga 15260) to strengthen defenses against plugin based security threats, the content security policy (csp) header has been revised previous setting object src 'self' data ā permitted loading plugin resources (such as flash or pdf content) from the same domain updated setting object src 'none' ā now strictly blocks loading of all plugin/object resources to prevent plugin based attacks a new configuration flag now allows customers to select either 'none' or 'self' for the object src directive according to their organizationās security requirements additionally, deprecated sipml5 webrtc stack filesāpart of a legacy implementationāhave been removed the platform now solely uses the standard sipjs webrtc stack, widely adopted by all current customers configuration flag query to view or modify this setting, use select from system configuration parameter where name = 'start properties flagged setcspobjectsrcasnone'; limitations / known issues no new limitations identified in
