## Feature Enhancements

- ***Diarization Support in 4.x to Enable Agent Assist (EN-141554)*****: **This enhancement introduces real-time, AI-powered assistance for contact center agents during live customer interactions. The feature enables contextual insights and intelligent recommendations, helping agents respond more effectively and improving service quality as well as overall operational efficiency.
  - As part of this upgrade, support has been added for passing **custom headers** when creating a Spy Node within the call management layer. A Proof of Concept (POC) validated the Spy Node’s capability to silently create a call leg with ASAP (Gen-AI assistance module) for real-time monitoring and contextual guidance.

**        Inbound/Outbound Channel Handling Improvements:**

- A Spy Node has been introduced at the Call Management level to monitor both agent and customer call legs.
- Asterisk’s ChanSpy application is used with the “o” argument to listen to the agent’s outbound call channel.
- The Spy Node successfully supports silent call leg creation for future integration with ASAP, ensuring non-intrusive AI monitoring during live call sessions.

- ***Custom Regex Support in Input Form Validations for FusionCX Chat Web Form (EN-147747)*****: **In the current FusionCX pre-chat form, input fields such as Name, Email, and Phone Number relied on fixed validation logic, limiting flexibility for administrators who required organization-specific validation rules.
- This enhancement introduces **Custom Regex (Regular Expression) Support** for input field validations in the FusionCX Chat Web Form. Business administrators can now define and apply their own regex patterns to any input field—Name, Email, or Phone Number—directly through configuration.
- As part of this update, specific regex enforcement for the Name field has been implemented, ensuring that user inputs conform to the prescribed validation rules before a chat session begins.

- *** Unified Branding and Theme Standardization Across SKUs (EN-147776)*****: **Previously, each SKU within the product suite used distinct color themes, resulting in inconsistent branding and a fragmented user experience. Customers engaging with multiple SKUs experienced them as separate products rather than components of a unified suite.
- A core color palette has been defined for standardization across all relevant interfaces:
  - Primary Blue: #394FB6
  - Primary Hover Color: #31439B
- The new theme is applied across all Agent, Supervisor, and Admin personas for both 4x and 6x platforms.
- This change ensures consistent visual identity and strengthens brand recognition across the ECC ecosystem.

- *** Inactivity-Based Auto Logout for 4x and 6x Toolbar Integrations (Including Omni) (EN-146986)*****: **Previously, the Toolbar did not support automatic logout based on agent inactivity. This caused discrepancies in login duration reports and unnecessary license utilization when agents left sessions idle.
- This enhancement introduces **inactivity-based auto-logout** for toolbar integrations, enabling the parent CRM application to manage session termination based on user-defined inactivity thresholds.
- The Toolbar–CRM integration framework has been extended to support this capability, and the generic integration documentation has been updated accordingly.

## Bug Fixes

- ***Handling Call Disconnect Events to Trigger ACW Timer via CRM (SL-17591)*****: **An issue was identified where the callHungupStatus global event was being subscribed to multiple times during a call session, leading to duplicate event triggers upon call termination. This caused inconsistencies in post-call (After Call Work) timer initiation within the CRM.

:::Paragraph{indent="1"}
**Fix Implemented:**
The event subscription logic has been updated to ensure that only a single callHungupStatus event is triggered per call session. Validations confirm that the *All Results* section in the Debugger App now displays exactly one event per call.
:::

:::Paragraph{indent="1"}
**Recommended Practice:**
:::

:::Paragraph{listStyleType="disc" indent="2"}
Subscribe to the callHungupStatus event only once per session.
:::

:::Paragraph{listStyleType="disc" listStart="2" indent="2"}
After each call, clear the *All Results* section in the Debugger App to accurately view events related to the current session.

## Security and Performance Updates

- No specific security updates noted in this patch version itself.

## Voice

*** Incorrect Customer Talk Time in Call History Report (SL-17587)*****: **An issue was identified where the **customer talk time** recorded in the Call History Report appeared higher than the actual talk duration, while the corresponding UDH displayed a value of 0. This discrepancy was also observed in single ACD inbound calls, where the reported customer talk time exceeded the agent talk time due to the inclusion of **ring time** in the talk duration calculation.

The latest build corrects this behavior. The Call History Report now accurately represents customer talk time, excluding any ring duration.

****

*** CRM Panel Not Opening During Conference Calls (GA-15398)*****: **During conference scenarios initiated by supervisors, the CRM panel failed to load on the conferred user’s interface. The issue originated because the CRM app initialization function, responsible for fetching and rendering the CRM view, was not triggered in the conferred user screen flow.

This has been resolved by updating the logic to ensure consistent invocation of the CRM initialization function across all user flows. The CRM panel now loads reliably for both **supervisors and agents** during conference calls.

## Fusion (IC, Chat, Social Media)

- No specific Fusion update noted in this patch version itself.

## Monitoring Data and Reports

- No specific update in Monitoring data and reports in this patch version

## UI/UX Bugs

- *** UI Freeze While Accessing Lead Configuration (SL-17604)*****: **An issue was identified where the **View Configuration** modal caused the UI to hang, preventing users from performing any actions when opened. This behavior rendered the interface unresponsive during lead configuration checks or edits.
- The issue has been fixed, and users can now open and interact with the **View Configuration** modal without any UI freeze or performance degradation.
  - **Note:**This fix addresses the specific UI hang scenario. However, system responsiveness may still be affected if operations exceed the configured Fair Usage Policy (FUP) limits.
