This document outlines the feature enhancements, bug fixes, and other updates included in the ECC 4.13.42 patch release.

# Highlights/Summary

This release focuses on improving platform stability and data accuracy. Key updates include fixes for SLA calculation discrepancies in reporting, connectivity status indicators in the agent toolbar, and supervisor monitoring controls. 

These enhancements ensure more reliable operations for agents and supervisors

# Features Enhancement

- This maintenance release is dedicated to system fixes and stability improvements. 

# Bug Fixes

## Voice and Reports

- ***Incorrect Stats SLA Calculation (SL-17594)(GA-12)*: **Fixed a discrepancy between the Stats API and Reports where calls served within SLA were calculated incorrectly. The system previously reverted to a default SLA value (20 seconds) due to a mapping issue; it now correctly references the campaign's configured SLA (e.g., 240 seconds). 
- ***DTLS Exchange is going in pending state (SL-17360)*: **Addressed an issue where the agent toolbar displayed the DTLS exchange as "pending" even after the connection was successfully established. The toolbar now accurately reflects the connected state. 

# UI/UX and Monitoring

- ***Snoop option Enable/disable\_Issue (SL-17699):*** Resolved an issue where monitoring action buttons (Snoop, Barge, Confer) would occasionally become disabled, and active snoop sessions could not be stopped. This was caused by incorrect updates to call activity status, which has now been rectified.
