The **DNC Management** (Do Not Call) module allows Supervisors to manage exclusion lists that prevent specific customers or numbers from being dialed through the Ameyo system.

These exclusions are applied at the **process level** — not at individual campaign level — ensuring that restricted contacts are blocked across all campaigns under the same process.

## Overview

- Supervisors can create, view, edit, and delete exclusion lists (DNC Leads).
- Only **Administrators** can define **Table Definitions** for a process and mark a field as **Primary** (for example, phone1 or customer\_id).
- Supervisors must map their uploaded data to this **Primary Field** when uploading DNC lists through CSV.

**Note: **Uploading exclusions based on the Primary-marked field requires PostgreSQL 9.4 or higher.Ameyo Server v4.6 and v4.7 use PostgreSQL 10 — which is recommended for this feature.
