An administrative governance tool that allows Administrators and Supervisors to define specific lead limits for campaigns. Once the defined quota is reached, the system automatically blocks further lead uploads for that campaign.

Starting from version 4.13, **Supervisor** users also have access to the Quota Management App, enabling them to view and manage quotas for the campaigns they are assigned to.

## What is This App?

The **Quota Management App **is a system control utility designed for Administrators. It introduces a logic layer to the lead management process by allowing Admins to define a maximum "Quota Limit" for any specific campaign. If a user attempts to upload leads that exceed this limit, the system throws an error and prevents the upload.

## Why Use This App?

Managing lead volumes manually can be prone to errors, resulting in overloaded campaigns or violations of client contracts. This app solves:

- **Over-provisioning:** Prevents users from uploading more leads than a campaign requires or is allocated.
- **Automated Gatekeeping:** Instead of manually checking current lead counts before every upload, the system enforces the limit automatically.

## Prerequisites

Before installing, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

- **[App Manager (App Installer Configuration)](docId:9neB8hyrrdfsYqZbz7NGg):** The **Ameyo App Installer** must be installed and configured first, as this app runs on that framework.
- **User Role:** IT Administrator access is required for installation and configuration.
- Supervisor Should be assigned to the campaign in which the lead is assigned to perform any operation on that lead

## Summary

The **Quota Management App** acts as an automated gatekeeper for your campaign databases. By allowing Administrators to set hard limits on lead quantities, it ensures that new leads are not uploaded once a campaign's capacity has been reached, maintaining data hygiene and operational limits.

## Installation and Setup

1. **Download **the app from the link given above. (File format- .aaex)
2. **Upload** the App in the Ameyo admin panel. Follow the steps given below:

- Log in as an Administrator.
- Navigate to **App Manager** (App Configuration in System tab).
- Upload the .aaex file downloaded from the link given above.
- Wait for upload completion and then configure the slot mapping as follows:

## Usage Instructions:

1. **Access the App:** Navigate to the System Configuration menu and open the **Quota Management** widget.
2. **Select Campaign:** Choose the campaign you wish to restrict.
3. **Set Limit:** Define the numerical limit (Quota) for leads in that campaign.
4. **Enforcement:** Once this limit is set, if a user attempts to upload a lead list that pushes the total count beyond the defined quota, the system will reject the new leads.
