patch addresses several issues, including failures in report generation, incorrect toolbar behavior during call wrap up, missing email attachments in tickets, and ui errors in reporting modules features list unmasked customer number in voice log filenames description this feature allows call recording filenames to be saved with the customer's original, unmasked phone number at the backend benefit simplifies backend data management and auditing by storing recordings with an easily identifiable phone number, while ensuring compliance by keeping the number masked on all user facing interfaces use case an administrator needs to locate a specific call recording on the server for an internal audit instead of searching through masked data, they can directly find the file using the customer's actual phone number, saving significant time when an agent or supervisor downloads the same recording from the ui, the filename will correctly show the masked number to maintain data privacy real time agent availability for transfers in toolbar description the "transfer to queue" and "transfer to campaign" dropdowns in the agent toolbar now display real time agent counts the display shows the number of agents currently available and the number of agents already on a call for each queue and campaign benefit this provides agents with immediate visibility into team availability, enabling them to make smarter and more efficient call transfer decisions, reducing customer wait times use case an agent handling an inbound call needs to transfer the customer to a specialized support queue previously, they had no insight into whether any agents were available now, the agent can see "support queue (2 available, 3 in call)" in the dropdown and confidently transfer the call, knowing someone is ready to accept it technical tasks there were no technical tasks performed in this release security fixes \[sl 17523] critical vulnerability smart application int to mitigate a security vulnerability, the environment has been updated the minimum php version is now set to 8 1, with the system pulling the latest stable 8 2 x version (php 8 2 28) during build time the apache version has also been updated to apache/2 4 65 (debian) benchmarking and performance there were no benchmarking or performance related tasks in this release debugging and monitoring there were no new debugging documents, sops, or monitoring tasks added in this release known limitations or issues there are no known limitations or issues with this release customer reported bugs and legacy fixes system & reports \[sl 17454] interaction detail report failures fixed an issue where interaction detail reports would fail to generate if a custom field name contained a comma the system now prevents the creation or updating of custom fields with commas to avoid this error \[sl 17548] chat agent productivity report ui error resolved an issue where input parameters and options were missing from the chat agent productivity report ui after a patch update the report is now fully functional agent experience incorrect toolbar behavior during wrap up corrected an issue where agents attempting to click to dial during their wrap up time received no error message or incorrect options agents will now see the proper error message “please dispose of the current call before initiating a new one ” missing msg attachments in tickets fixed a bug where email attachments with the msg format sent from outlook were not being attached to tickets now, msg attachments from gmail are attached as is, and those from outlook are attached as txt files containing the email content
