**Important Update on WhatsApp Marketing Price Change - Effective 1st January, 2026**

Effective 1st January 2026, there is going to be an increase in the WhatsApp Marketing rates for messages sent to Indian Destination numbers. Please find below the change in rates:

| ------------------- | ------------------ | ------------------- | ---------------- |
| ₹0.7846             | 31st December 2025 | **₹0.8631**         | 1st January 2026 |

Please note that Exotel will relay the changes applied by Meta as they occur. The Exotel Platform Fee for your respective accounts will remain the same as before.

With the same Marketing volumes, you might see a higher spend due to the increased price. We would highly encourage you to access and, if required, adjust your messaging approach to align with this change.
