enhancements call recording filename enhancement for easier backend management, call recording filenames will now include the unmasked customer phone number when stored on the server however, to ensure data privacy and compliance, any recording downloaded by a user through the agent or supervisor interface will continue to have the masked phone number in the filename real time agent availability for transfers when an agent initiates a call transfer from the toolbar, the "transfer to queue" and "transfer to campaign" dropdown menus now display the real time count of other agents this count shows both the number of agents currently available and those already on a call for each specific queue or campaign benefits these new features provide significant advantages for your contact center operations improved audit and troubleshooting speed by having unmasked numbers in the backend file names, your administrative and it teams can quickly locate specific call recordings for quality audits, dispute resolution, or technical troubleshooting without compromising the data security of your agents smarter and faster call routing displaying live agent availability empowers your agents to make more informed transfer decisions they can route customers to queues where agents are free, reducing customer hold times, minimizing abandoned calls, and improving the overall customer experience enhanced agent productivity agents no longer have to guess which queue is best equipped to handle a transfer this visibility reduces the time spent on transfers and increases the likelihood of a successful first contact resolution example use cases use case 1 resolving a customer complaint scenario a customer has escalated a complaint, and a contact center manager needs to review the original call application an authorized administrator can now search the server's voice log repository using the customer's actual phone number to instantly find the correct recording file this accelerates the investigation process while agents and supervisors downloading recordings from the ui see only masked numbers, maintaining compliance use case 2 transferring a high priority sales lead scenario an agent is speaking with a high value prospect who needs to be transferred to a specialized sales team application the agent clicks "transfer to campaign" and sees that the "priority sales" campaign shows "4 available / 6 in call " knowing that several agents are ready to take the call, the agent confidently transfers the lead, ensuring a seamless and prompt handover additional notes this patch also includes several important updates and bug fixes security enhancement we have upgraded a core platform component (php) to its latest version, strengthening the security of the application and protecting your system against known vulnerabilities key bug fixes reporting an issue that caused the "interaction detail report" to fail when custom fields contained special characters (like a comma) has been resolved additionally, the input parameters and options for the "chat agent productivity report," which were missing, have been fully restored agent workflow agents attempting to make a new call during their "wrap up" time will now receive a clear and actionable error message "please dispose of the current call before initiating a new one " ticket attachments a problem preventing msg email attachments sent from microsoft outlook from being included in tickets has been fixed, ensuring all attachments are correctly processed
