introducing the call quality analysis (cqa) preview release on ecc 4 x we are excited to announce the preview release of our new call quality analysis (cqa) feature, enabling advanced insights for emerge customers utilizing the ecc 4 x platform this preview is designed to give you an early look at cqa capabilities at no cost key details of the preview this initial release focuses on core functionality and limited access access cqa will initially be accessible only to supervisors within the ecc console analysis volume up to 200 recordings per tenant will be analyzed during this period refresh rate analysis will be performed at the end of day (eod) for a random selection of 200 connected calls system integration a temporary administrator user, " supportadmin ," will be created in each tenant for system integration purposes important preview constraints (beta phase) as this is a beta release, we want to set clear expectations regarding support and data handling topic constraint and expectation cost & duration the preview period is offered at no additional cost for an estimated 30 45 days feature enhancements new features, custom dashboards, and enhancements will not be taken up during this preview phase data handling all cqa analysis generated during the preview will be deleted when the preview period ends no migration of past data will be carried forward next steps and full release information we are working quickly toward the full production release of cqa full version availability an updated cqa release with additional features and a new ui is expected to be available in the next 45 days to purchase or discuss full deployment please contact your customer success manager (csm) for demos and information on the production ready version to disable cqa or report technical issues please contact ecc support directly webinar link
