Standard Definition of Dispositions
A disposition is an outcome of an inbound or outbound contact. The Dispositions are created to assist the Agent in quickly describing the outcome of a contact after the call is completed.
System Dispositions in Exotel Contact Center
System Dispositions are those which are generated by the system automatically. The calls to which these dispositions are applicable, are disposed of by the system itself.
User Disposition in Exotel Contact Center
There are some commonly known dispositions that an agent can insert at the time of the call disposition. These dispositions available in the Ameyo System, by default.
Call Failure Reason Notifications
The agents should be notified about the reason in case a call fails due to any problem by the user or customer channel. Ameyo AppServer features the Toast Messages and browser notifications at Ameyo User Console that shows the reason why the call is failed to connect.
