Promotional Calls to Jammu & Kashmir Numbers
You cannot place promotional or bulk calls to phone numbers that belong to the Jammu & Kashmir (J&K) telecom circle. As a safety and security precaution, Exotel blocks these call types to J&K numbers. Individual transactional calls to J&K numbers are still allowed.
Why this restriction applies
As a safety and security precaution, Exotel does not allow bulk calls and promotional calls to numbers that belong to the Jammu & Kashmir telecom circle.
What you can still do
You can still make individual transactional calls to J&K numbers. Only bulk and promotional calls to these numbers are restricted.
