3.6. Test Evaluation
Path: WORK › Test Evaluation · Who: Supervisor, Admin
Page map
Use Test Evaluation to test a new Quality Profile before going live, or to analyze an offline batch of recordings that was not processed automatically. The page lists your test evaluations; open one to see row-by-row results.
On free plans, test evaluation limits (audio minutes and text words) are shown to Admins in Usage & Limit, in the footer of the left navigation (chapter 7).
Tasks
Run a test evaluation
- Go to WORK › Test Evaluation.
- Click Create Test Evaluation.
- Configure:
- Name: Give the test a unique name (for example, "Oct Sales Audit").
- Select Profile: Choose the Quality Profile to test.
- Upload data (enter the name and profile first):
- Excel upload: An .xlsx file with publicly accessible Recording URLs or Text URLs, plus any metadata to associate with the calls.
- Audio upload: .mp3 or .wav files for audio analysis.
- Text upload: .txt or .pdf files for text analysis.
The upload area shows the file size and file count limits.
- Monitor progress. Files are processed in real time. You do not need to wait for the whole batch; open the evaluation to see results as they arrive.
- Review outcomes:
- Completed: All files processed successfully.
- Partial Success: Some files failed (for example, invalid audio links). Filter to view only the successful analyses.
If a run shows Partial Success or Failed, see Troubleshooting.
Export test evaluation results
Click Export Report on the evaluation. The same three-step Configure New Job drawer used for one-off exports (3.11) opens, with the job name pre-filled. Choose the file format and destination connector, confirm the output fields, and click Create Job. Choose Email Me as the destination to receive the report as a download link in an email to your verified address.
