 The Campaigns dashboard is a unified workspace in Exotel that allows you to plan, execute, and track all outbound communication campaigns from a single interface.  It supports multiple campaign types — Call , SMS , WhatsApp , RCS , and Auto-Dialer — along with integrated tools such as Lists and Contacts and Campaign Throttling controls.

Overview

 The Call Campaigns feature enables campaign managers to run large-scale Call Campaigns for up to 5 lakh contacts .  It includes capabilities such as dynamic greetings and IVR creation, retry policies, campaign-level reports and inbox, contact lists, throttling controls, and the ability to mark an ongoing campaign as completed.

 The SMS Campaign feature enables campaign managers to run large-scale SMS campaigns for up to 5 lakh contacts .  It includes capabilities such as static and dynamic messaging, campaign-level reports, inbox view, real-time performance stats, and the option to mark an ongoing campaign as completed.

 The RCS Campaign feature enables campaign managers to run interactive RCS campaigns with Rich Cards , Images , Videos , GIFs , Carousels , and more.  Use the campaigns dashboard to reach your audience and track performance in real time.

 The WhatsApp Campaign feature enables campaign managers to run WhatsApp campaigns for up to 5 lakh contacts , with support for personalized messages , rich media , campaign-level reports , inbox view , scheduling , and more. WhatsApp Campaign

 The Auto-Dialer feature is Exotel's outbound dialer (OBD) solution.  It automates outbound calling by connecting available agents to customers from a list, removing the need for agents to manually dial.
