a functionality to create groups for multiple agents and supervisors these groups can be used to have conversations between all the members this is visible under live chat console > group chats > groups and individuals as an admin, a console user would be able to create a group as well as control the adding/removing members of the group they will also have the list of all the agents that are there in the system an admin can view, update, remove the group an admin can initiate, manage and chat with agents to create a new group user can click on the 'new group' button and fill in the required details like group name, group description, group members can be selected (from the available members in the list) and upload group icon (optional) compulsory fields have been marked as please refer to the below given demo for better understanding note create group functionality is only available to the admin also they can edit the group details like name and description please refer to the below given demo for better understanding groups for live chat agent creating a group (supervisor side) an agent will only have access to view and converse in the group(s) they are part of groups for live chat agent agent side agents can be added/removed from the group only by the admin in such a case all the other members will be able to see a notification of agent added/removed from the group group details like name, descriptions can also be edited by the admin please refer to the demo shown below for adding/removing agents and deleting a group when an agent/supervisor will receive a message in the group/one on one chat, while they are having a conversation with end clients, then a notification will be showcased please refer to the demo below for better understanding
