use automated signatures to professionalize every email interaction what is this app? the agent signature app is an email utility integrated into the agent toolbar it provides a dedicated interface for agents to define their professional sign off once configured, this signature is automatically appended to the email body whenever the agent composes a new message why use this app? in a high volume contact center, typing out contact details and closing salutations for every email is inefficient and leads to inconsistency this app solves inconsistent branding ensures every email sent from your center adheres to a professional standard repetitive effort removes the need for agents to manually type their name and designation for every interaction impact & key benefits for agents saves time and reduces typing effort during email interactions for business ensures a standardized, professional look and feel for all customer facing communications prerequisites before installing, ensure the following requirements are met ameyo version requires ameyo version 4 0 0 or higher app manager the ameyo app installer must be installed and configured user role it administrator access is required for installation; agents require access to the toolbar to use it summary the agent signature app is a simple yet essential tool for email based support teams by automating the insertion of agent signatures, it ensures consistency, professionalism, and efficiency in every written interaction installation and setup download the app from the link given above (file format aaex) upload the app in the ameyo admin panel follow the steps given below log in as an administrator navigate to app manager (app configuration in system tab) upload the aaex file downloaded from the link given above wait for upload completion and then configure the slot mapping as follows role agent, slot/location workbench sidebar role administrator, slot/location user management details role voice administrator, slot/location user management details select the processes in which you want to enable this app (app visibility) and install the app usage instructions for agents access log in to the agent interface you will see a new icon for the signature app in the workbench sidebar configure click the icon to open the configuration window type your desired signature (e g , name, title, phone number) compose when you write a new email to a customer, your saved signature will automatically appear at the bottom of the email body for administrator access after installing aand enabling the app, login again to the admin interface and within the user section, after selecting any existing user, you will be able to see the business field option at the top right cornor configure click the icon to open the configuration window type your desired signature (e g , name, title, phone number) compose when the selected user write a new email to a customer, your saved signature will automatically appear at the bottom of the email body support and troubleshooting validate slot mappings match your ameyo version and roles check user privileges and role assignments for app access for issues with real time data or display, check service status and review logs contact ameyo support with detailed error descriptions if problem persist
