Blended Campaign (Licensed Feature)

overview a blended campaign (licensed feature) enables a group of inbound and outbound campaigns to function together, allowing agents to log in to multiple campaigns at the same time with this feature, agents can participate in both inbound and outbound campaigns simultaneously using a single interface to configure blended campaigns, go to the "blended campaign" tab within "system configuration " here, the administrator can select which campaigns to blend from the available list, enabling streamlined management and enhanced agent productivity in blended campaign, the inbound (interactive voice application) campaigns are given more priority over other campaigns it helps to decrease the call drop count for incoming (inbound) calls
