a functionality is present that allows the agent to have co browsing sessions with the user directly through the livechat to configure this is visible under livechat> setting> general settings> allow agents to initiate co browsing sessions toggle agents initiate co browsing sessions with users within the livechat the co browsing session will open in a new tab and the agent can continue his text conversation in the livechat if an agent gets disconnected he has the option to reconnect
