the active customers tab provides a live view of all customer requests currently being handled displays the complete list of all leads assigned to agents across products and categories for admin admin can view detailed information such as customer name & details assigned agent product (website/application) category of request language of request request date & time session start date & time status (active/closed) session duration notify agent admins also have the ability to send notifications to agents regarding leads assigned to them lead transfer (via supervisor) while admins can view all sessions, lead transfer functionality is primarily handled by supervisors supervisors can transfer a lead from one agent to another transfer restrictions only agents belonging to the same product and category are visible only one lead at a time can be transferred accessible under cobrowse → admin side → active customers → select customer → transfer to available agent for agent all the details are the same as admin, except for a few columns the agent sees an option to connect or archive the active customers the agent does not see the notify column
