overview admins have access to three advanced settings that enhance security, searchability, and automation for cobrowsing sessions access path settings → advanced settings features masking fields let's admins specify which fields should be masked for the agent during cobrowsing sessions how to use click "add field" to enter the identifier (e g , field id) of any sensitive field (such as one containing pii data) in reverse cobrowsing mode, this allows the admin to blur those sensitive fields, ensuring customer data is protected even if the agent can edit or view other fields effect fields listed here appear blurred/masked to agents, even if they have edit access or the field is being filled by the customer limitations only fields added by the admin will be masked; all other fields are visible as normal search tag fields allows admins to define which form fields or data points can be used for searching leads in the system how to use click "add field" to include new fields for searchability effect these fields can later be used as filters or queries when searching for specific leads or session histories limitations if no fields are added, lead search remains limited to the default identifiers auto fetch fields enables the system to automatically fetch and display values from these fields during a cobrowsing session how to use click "add field" to specify field names or keys desired for auto fetching effect when a session is in progress, the system will retrieve and display the latest value/value changes for these fields without manual intervention limitations only selected and configured fields will be auto fetched
