ameyo’s break management system did not allow agents to switch directly from one break type to another, requiring them to return to the “available” state first this caused unnecessary downtime and reduced efficiency, particularly during busy periods with this enhancement, agents can now seamlessly transition between different break types without going through the “available” state, improving productivity and minimizing idle time this feature is controlled by a configuration flag that must be set at the contact center (cc) level in the server preference store it cannot be configured at the masking feature has now been extended to both the toolbar and supervisor views for improved data security earlier, even with masking flags enabled in the server preference store, customer phone numbers sometimes appeared on the ui due to implementation gaps and limited testing—especially when both ui and backend masking were active with the latest update, number masking now works consistently and as intended across all relevant views, ensuring a unified and reliable masking experience answering machine detection (amd) in preview (en 141084) enabled amd feature for manual and preview dialling flows, allowing agents to be notified when an answering machine is detected configurable live monitoring refresh rate (en 142781) a new enhancement allows tenants to configure their own data refresh intervals in the live monitoring module the refresh rate can now be set to any value between 4 seconds (4000 ms) and 10 seconds (10000 ms), enabling faster and more responsive monitoring as needed for tenants without a custom configuration, the system will continue to use the default 10 second refresh interval configuration details the refresh interval can be set at the on transfer calls (sl 16959) when a number is detected in the dnc (do not call) registry—verified via an api integration—a notification is displayed to the agent, and the call flow transitions to a “stop failure” node to halt further dialing previously, even after this transition, the dialer ui continued to display the status as “transferring ” , preventing agents from initiating the next manual call or completing a transfer this issue has now been fixed in the latest application server build sdk bulk operations for supervisor (sl 16951) fixed an issue where the sdk for bulk operations (e g , assigning users to queues) did not work correctly with a supervisor's sessionid vla gcp bucket mounting error (sl 16986) an issue was observed where a “could not create base directory” error occurred during the post mounting of a gcp bucket this issue has been resolved in the latest art build ui/ux websocket connections (sl 16949) addressed an issue where multiple websocket connections were sometimes visible for supervisor ids in central registrar configurations security and performance updates no specific security updates in this patch version itself (updates may have been included in component builds) limitations / known issues en 143345 || the ui should not display refresh timing greater than 10 seconds or less than 4 seconds ga 14951 unable to log in if the userid is created or previous build, the system did not apply the updated configuration values for the voice log download api rate controller despite setting custom values in the system configuration parameters, the api
