the license management screen to enable/disable the interaction archiver feature per contact center chat attachment archiving (en 141384) implemented archiving for chat attachments ( file storage meta data table and associated files) to the art server as part of the ticket archival process attachment/voicelog retrieval apis (en 142159) created apis callable from exported archived tickets to fetch
