Short description: This release introduces license control for the Interaction Archiver, includes attachment and voice log archiving capabilities, adds a new global event for App SDK, enhances reporting, upgrades Tomcat security, and fixes several bugs.
Highlights / Summary
- Interaction Archiver Licensing: Implemented contact center level license key (enableInteractionArchiver) to control access to the Ticket Archival feature.
- Attachment & Voicelog Archiving: Added functionality to archive chat attachments and associated voice logs as part of the ticket archival process.

Feature Enhancements
- Interaction Archiver License Control (EN-142800):
Introduced a multi-CC license key enableInteractionArchiver managed via the License Management screen to enable/disable the Interaction Archiver feature per contact center.
- Chat Attachment Archiving (EN-141384):
Implemented archiving for chat attachments (file_storage_meta_data table and associated files) to the ART server as part of the ticket archival process.
- Attachment/Voicelog Retrieval APIs (EN-142159):
Created APIs callable from exported archived tickets to fetch related attachments and voice logs using a long-lived token.

- New App SDK Global Event (GA-14864):
Added the UserCallModelUpdatedPush global event to the App SDK. This helps apps identify when a user involved in a transfer or conference leaves the call.
- Reporting Enhancements (EN-140058):
Introduced new default reports and added columns to existing reports to provide better insights and reduce customization needs.

System Common Bugs
- Nodeflow Download Failure (SL-16895) (DCA20250303598114): Fixed an issue preventing administrators from downloading specific Nodeflow files (*.anfx).
- With Help of Node Flow Unable to overwrite DID Number (GA-14321): Resolved an issue where DID numbers could not be overwritten using node flows.
Toolbar
- SSO Logout Event (SL-16857) (DCA20250214589936): Fixed an issue where the logout event was not triggered on the SSO API after a session timeout in the Generic Toolbar.
Monitoring Data and Reports
- CMCDR Data Dumping (SL-16917) (DCA20250327610952): Resolved an issue preventing Call Manager CDR (cmcdr) data from being dumped into the reports database.
UI/UX
- User Deletion with SSO (SL-16862) (DCA20250307601182): Fixed an issue preventing administrators from deleting users when SSO login method was active.
- Hold Button State Post-Conference (SL-16894) (DCA20250323608320): Corrected the Hold button state; it now correctly greys out after initiating a conference call.
- Number Masking Race Condition (SL-16950) (DCA20250406614744): Addressed a timing issue where quickly ending a call and initiating a new preview dial could sometimes display the previous masked number due to delays in updating the alternate number.
Security and Performance Updates
- Tomcat Security Upgrade (GA-14840): Upgraded the embedded Tomcat library (tomcat-embed-core-9.0.99.jar) to version 9.0.99 to address potential vulnerabilities.
Limitations / Known Issues
- EN-142323 Unable to export the Interaction Ticket.(Print option is not working)
- GA-14916 Unable to download the attachment when clicking on the exported ticket's attachment name.
- EN-143165 Interaction_Archiver || Campaign list is Showing without Selecting Date range on Supervisor & Admin Screen.
- GA-14905 Dual extension is start appering sometime in case of Webrtc calling.
- EN-143018 If InteractionArchiver License is enabled for one CC, it also starts appearing for other CCs for the MultiCCManager user.
- EN-143017 The app order is inconsistent on Supervisor Screen.
- EN-142884 Emojis are replaced with special characters when exporting the archived ticket.
- EN-142321 The app order is inconsistent.
Browser and Platform Compatibility
- Supported Browsers: Chrome Version 135.0.7049.96 (Official Build) (64-bit) or later is recommended.
- Mobile Apps: No updates in this patch.
