notes supports token authentication and disposition by name or id, minimizing required inputs for integrations synthesizer palette sql node visibility adds a contact center scoped server preference flag to hide the sql node from the synthesizer palette by default key capability reduces accidental cross tenant data querying by removing the globally scoped sql node from standard palette visibility scope notes this is strictly a ui visibility control it does not modify data scoping behavior, and existing nodeflows containing sql nodes will continue to load normally integrations zendesk marketplace compliance changes upgrades server side zendesk toolbar integrations to strictly adhere to zendesk marketplace security rules key capability transitions from per customer api tokens to a respected and no longer inadvertently bypassed force login api flow verification fixed an issue on the generic toolbar where duplicate login "force login" prompts failed to dispatch the required handler, restoring the host page's ability to complete the force login api flow transferred call auto answer resolution addressed a stale lookup issue that caused transferred calls to intermittently auto answer without presenting the intended accept/reject pop up to the receiving agent telephony & core platform configuration error navigation restored the "view" action linked to contact center routing errors, ensuring users can directly click through to the configuration screen that caused the exception accurate custom config api errors business errors from the custom config api (e g , table limits reached) are now properly surfaced to the client instead of being ambiguously masked as generic server errors auto sync ui control restored the "auto sync enabled" configuration toggle is once again visible and manageable on the 4x admin ui failed email notification status update email notifications that fail due to missing target ids (such as absent agent emails) will now remain in a pending/failed state after a server restart, correcting a bug where they incorrectly appeared as successfully processed feedback ivr transfer telemetry ensures accurate hangup reasons and transfer types are safely recorded when a call is transferred to a feedback ivr, overriding any stale ui disconnect states voicelog conversion optimizations integrated conversion hotfixes to handle long storage paths by automatically hardlinking short paths also corrected packet loss and empty leg processing to treat non zero exits safely, writing silent placeholders instead of failing voicelog download concurrency on cloud servers replaced a restrictive single global lock with a highly concurrent 5 slot lock pool for voicelog mixing on cloud servers this drastically eliminates queue times and "unable to fetch" timeout errors for supervisor downloads under load dashboards, reporting & analytics orphaned queued reports improved report fetcher stability so the system automatically reclaims custom reports that become stuck or orphaned in the queued state due to mid batch conveyor failures date modified transformer optimization realigned sql cursor timestamps to preserve millisecond precision, resolving an infinite loop issue when processing date modified synchronized rows independent optional column visibility optional report columns (e g , display phone, unique identifier) are completely decoupled from masking configuration flags, meaning they will now only appear if deliberately selected in optional fields row timestamp timezone alignment row timestamps for
