in the tab “manage users”, the livechat admin can view details about all the agents reporting to him a filter is available where the livechat admin can see the list of total agents, logged in agents, not ready agents, ready agents livechat admin can also customize the individual agents capacity the admin can either create or delete an agent after creating an agent, the admin even has the ability to edit certain details about the agent additionally, the admin can even add agents by uploading an excel sheet to create users from an excel sheet, the following steps are to be followed firstly, the admin has to download the template which has been provided fill in the necessary details details for the status column, the admin has to enter 1 for admin , 2 for supervisor , and 3 for agent for the bot column, the admin has to enter the bot id associated with the respective bot for the category column, the admin has to enter the category which the admin wants to assign the agent for the maximum customer count capacity if the livechat admin specifies any specific value will be assigned to the agent or default value will be considered details about the agents such as username, name, type, bot, mobile no , category are displayed export button in the manage users section livechat product consists of a manage user section for admins and supervisors, from where they can add more users for either agent role or other supervisors until now, there was no provision to export this list this export feature would be introduced in this sprint as well to configure this is visible under livechat (admin console) > manage user clicking on export will allow the user to select a category for which they wish to export the data for i e agent/ supervisor once selected the category they can also select the agent they want the data for the downloaded report will look like the image attached below
