omni contact center uses a role based access control (rbac) model to govern what each user can see and do within the platform every action — from viewing a dashboard to dialing a customer — is protected by a privilege privileges are organized into privilege groups , and each system role is granted a set of these groups when a user is assigned a role, they automatically receive all privileges contained in that role's groups this reference documents every privilege in the system, organized by functional area for each area, you will find which roles have access to that group every
