usage instructions step 1 create salesforce developer account create a developer account on https //developer salesforce com/signup complete phone and email verification log in to your new salesforce developer account step 2 install the ameyo integration package import package https //login salesforce com/packaging/installpackage apexp?p0=04t7f000002jc2f if the call center isn’t created, manually import the attached xml (call center definition file xml) click install step 3 configuration for ameyo toolbar in salesforce click on search box and search call center , and then select call center from the left panel click on edit of drishti call center adapter update cti adapter url (e g , https //qanode96 ameyo com 8443/ameyowebaccess/toolbar/toolbar crm htm?layout=sf) add users via manage call center users click on add more users find already existing users, if any to add into call center now select the user from the list and add to the call center if user is not visible in the list, then we need to assign call center in the user edit section search for users and edit the user by click on edit button now scroll down and click on find icon in front of call center text box, a pop will open to show the call center just click on go step 4 softphone layout now create custom softphone layout for inbound and outbound so that activities and tasks will be opened search for the softphone and select the softphone layouts >> softphone layout page will be open now click on new button and add the softphone layout for the inbound and then outbound (make one default as per your requirement) add the custom fields under the activity now add the custom fields under the activity, which will further use if we are using server side dumping goto object manager tab and search for the activity in quick find search box and select the activity click on activity page and then click on "field & relationship" from the left side panel and then click on "new button" to add the new filed add the new button and then select type as "text" > click on next then enter field with name = "sub disposition type" and the length = 200 and again click on next and > save new field should be created and showing under activity note for server side dumping currently we need to manually add the sub dispostion type filed for now server side dumping will be showing in salesforce only after the completed status is showing in above table use the newly created field for the task so that dumping api will use these go to object manager tab >> search for the task in the quick search panel open the task page and select the page layout then click on the task layout name after open we are able to see the custom fields, now here we can drag and drop the custom fields on the task page as per the requirement and then click on save button step 5 configuration for sso in salesforce search for remote access in the search box scroll to connected apps and click on new button to connect the app enter the name and other required details and scroll down the page note if you didn’t find the new option in connected app section, then follow the below steps because in the new account this option may not be visible directly you have enable some permission to display new option on search box search external client apps goto settings enable allow creation of connected apps now click on new connected app button to create new app filled below data connected app name ameyoconnectedapp api name ameyoconnectedapp contact email add email id enable oauth settings add callback url https //\<appserver domain> \<appserver port>/ameyowebaccess/ callback https //\<appserver domain> \<appserver port>/oauth/crm add selected scope and then click on save now goto search box and search cors now click on new and add the below url https //domain 8443 (domain with appserver port) https //domain 8856 (domain with si port) goto remotes access >> connected apps >> click on ameyoconnectedapp now goto consumer key and secret section >> click on manage consumer details copy the consumer key and secret and save any where, this is required for integration via crm integration app
