overview this document serves as a guide to configure the zendesk app at zendesk application's end please follow all the steps for the configuration given below usage instructions step 1 zendesk app installation go to the settings tab select the ameyor4 application configure the ameyo server url and select install once installed, open the ameyo toolbar by clicking on the ameyo logo on the top right corner click to dial lists all the direct line numbers for the user and requestor of the ticket one number can be a direct line number for only one user on zendesk select a number to initiate click to dial on ameyo toolbar in case the user is not logged in, login page for the toolbar is displayed once the user has logged in, the call is initiated and a new ticket is created once the call is connected, it opens a confer/transfer/cancel pop up enable password for custom field dumping by going to the api tab on the settings menu step 2 upload a private app on zendesk go to settings, select manage, and click on the "upload private app" button enter app name and upload the app file select upload after executing the steps mentioned in this document, there will be few configurations done at the ameyo db as well, for which the details will be provided by the designated project manager/engineer
