the color configuration feature allows supervisors to assign specific colors to break reasons and threshold breaches for users assigned within a process these colors are displayed in the monitor tab of the respective campaign, helping supervisors visually identify agent statuses and performance conditions at a glance navigation path sidebar β process settings β color configuration key information at the top of the page, the following informational message appears βthe color being chosen is specific to you only and not a shared configuration for other supervisors β this means that the color settings configured by one supervisor are personal and not shared with others each supervisor can define their own color preferences independently supervisors can search and configure colors for break reasons from this screen all break reasons are created by the administrator supervisors can only assign or edit colors for those predefined break reasons β they cannot create new ones the configured colors are reflected in the monitoring dashboards for that specific supervisor session searching for a break reason use the search bar at the top of the page to quickly locate a specific break reason type the break reason name and press enter to filter the list configuring a color follow these steps to assign or modify a color for any break reason locate the desired break reason in the list click the color box in the configured color column a color palette pop up appears select the desired color from the palette you can scroll to view all available color options once selected, the chosen color fills the textbox adjacent to the break reason click apply to save your changes note a confirmation message β βthe color being chosen is specific to you only and not a shared configuration for other sessions β β reappears to remind you that this configuration is supervisor specific and not global editing existing colors to change the color for a previously configured break reason click the existing color box next to the break reason choose a new color from the pop up palette click apply to save the update the new color immediately replaces the old one in your monitoring view column description column name description break reason displays the name of the break reason created by the administrator configured color displays the currently selected color for each break reason supervisors can click this box to change the color hex color shows the hexadecimal color code (e g , #ff5733) corresponding to the selected color example use case π’ available (ready) β indicates agents ready for calls π΅ meeting β represents agents in a scheduled meeting π break β used for short breaks (e g , tea, snacks) π΄ lunch β for lunch breaks or longer offline periods β« threshold breach β highlights when agent performance metrics exceed set limits summary table action description search break reason locate a specific break reason using the search bar configure color assign a custom color for a selected break reason edit existing color modify colors for break reasons already configured view hex code identify the exact hexadecimal code for the chosen color apply changes save and apply all new color configurations user specific settings colors are personal to the supervisor and not shared with others
