the dnc management (do not call) module allows supervisors to manage exclusion lists that prevent specific customers or numbers from being dialed through the ameyo system these exclusions are applied at the process level β not at individual campaign level β ensuring that restricted contacts are blocked across all campaigns under the same process navigation path sidebar β process settings β dnc overview supervisors can create, view, edit, and delete exclusion lists (dnc leads) only administrators can define table definitions for a process and mark a field as primary (for example, phone1 or customer id) supervisors must map their uploaded data to this primary field when uploading dnc lists through csv note uploading exclusions based on the primary marked field requires postgresql 9 4 or higher ameyo server v4 6 and v4 7 use postgresql 10 β which is recommended for this feature dnc management page fields field description exclusion lead name of the exclusion list created no of records number of records uploaded in the exclusion list status indicates whether the exclusion is active or disabled toggle the switch to enable or disable actions edit or delete the exclusion list even if you need to add a single number , it must be uploaded through a csv file β manual entry is not supported creating an exclusion lead to add numbers or customers to the dnc list click create exclusion lead the add exclusion pop up appears enter the following details exclusion lead name β a name for your dnc list status β check enable to activate the exclusion immediately choose the type of exclusion (four options available) 1\ attribute exclusion allows you to create rules based on customer attributes (e g , phone, timezone, name, etc ) steps click add to create a new condition select an attribute (from table definition columns configured by the administrator) available attributes include phone1, phone2, phone3, phone4, phone5, email, timezone, twitter, facebook, name select an operator equal to, not equal to, greater than, less than, like, not like, sql expression enter the value for the condition click + to add another condition or β to remove one 2\ media exclusion upload a csv file containing phone numbers to exclude your csv must include the header field marked as primary (e g , phone1) steps click choose file β select your csv β click open select the primary field (e g , phone1) as defined in the data table definition the selected file appears under the media exclusion section 3\ customer exclusion upload a csv file containing customer ids that should be excluded steps click choose file β select your csv β click open select the primary field (e g , customer id) confirm the mapping and click save 4\ primary key based exclusion allows uploading based on any primary marked table definition field (set by the administrator) for example if phone1 is primary β upload phone numbers to exclude calls if email is primary β upload email addresses to exclude communications steps click choose file and select the csv select the corresponding primary field (e g , phone1) review header mapping, then click save ameyo preprocessor validates all uploaded data invalid rows are skipped and logged in an error report upload failure handling if an invalid file format or incorrect data is uploaded the system will show an error message (only csv files are supported) a summary pop up will display number of successfully uploaded records number of failed records you can click download csv to view detailed error logs for each failed entry editing or deleting an exclusion action steps edit click the edit icon under the actions column the same form as creation appears you can update the name, status, or upload new csvs delete click the delete icon under actions confirm by clicking yes in the pop up deleted exclusions cannot be recovered ' viewing dnc data you can view or search existing exclusion data for any dnc lead steps click dnc data click search on the top right the search exclusion data pop up appears provide dnc lead name (from dropdown) date range type of dnc β media dnc or customer dnc primary key value (e g , phone number or customer id) click fetch to display results the system shows up to 1000 records per page to view more, navigate through the pages at the bottom actions on searched data action description download csv select one or more records and click download rename the file if required, then click save delete data select records and click the delete icon confirm deletion in the pop up once deleted, records cannot be restored summary table action description create exclusion lead add a new exclusion list for phone numbers or customers attribute exclusion define rule based exclusions using attributes like phone or email media exclusion upload a csv file containing phone numbers to exclude customer exclusion upload a csv file containing customer ids to exclude primary key exclusion upload exclusions based on the processβs primary field edit / delete exclusion modify or remove existing exclusion lists dnc data search view and search exclusion data by lead, date, and type download exclusion data export selected exclusion data in csv format delete exclusion data permanently remove selected exclusion records
