Dashboards show analytics for your account. WORK › Dashboard lists the Global and Company dashboards available to you by name.
- Central overview: Widgets with high-level metrics such as Average Score, Interactions Analyzed, and Trends.
- Quality Profile scope: A dashboard shows analysis for a specific Quality Profile by default. Deselect the Quality Profile to see analysis across all Quality Profiles.
- Filter panel: Filter the data by Quality Profile, Agent, Date, or Test Evaluation.
If your account does not have AI Insight, your first dashboard is the landing page after sign-in (2.3 Landing page).
Feature hub
- Tenant-specific analytics: The CQA analytics engine (powered by Superset) uses a strictly isolated, tenant-specific architecture, so your data visualizations are walled off and secure.
- Custom reporting: Because dashboards are scoped to each tenant, they can be customized. If the standard dashboards do not capture your operational metrics, contact CQA Support. The team can build reporting views tailored to your workspace.
