make sure that you have logged in from the account with admin access step 1 click on the make a payment option on the top right side of your exotel dashboard as shown in the image below step 2 click on 'make a payment' and select the recharge option as per your requirement making a payment making a payment is as simple as opening an exotel account we accept both online and offline payments; however, we strongly recommend using online payments because they are updated almost instantly, whereas offline payments take time the following are the various payment methods available netbanking we accept payments through netbanking from all indian banks cards our payment gateway supports both credit and debit cards courier a cheque this mode of payment should be the last resort as it takes a lot of effort from your end as well as ours if you pay by cheque, it takes up to 7 days from the time we have received the cheque for the payment to reflect in your account wallet we accept payments from your online wallets as well for now, we accept payments from phonepe, amazon pay, freecharge, and payzapp upi/qr we facilitate upi payments as well you can enter the upi id or the phone number or scan the qr code from your upi app(phonepe, google pay, or any other upi app) neft it takes up to 3 5 working days for the payment to reflect in your account below are the bank account details beneficiary bank name kotak mahindra bank ltd account holder name exotel techcom private limited account no 2512379407 ifsc kkbk0008066 bank branch name mg road branch city bangalore note once the payment is done via neft, please share the details like utr, amount paid, date of payment, account sid and tds % to be deducted (if applicable) please note that you will also be able to view the validity and the credit balance of your exotel account on the top right corner below the logout button on the dashboard as shown in the below image under the payment page, we have three options please find each type and their definition given below top up for extra credits this option helps you to add credits to your exotel account these credits are deducted as per your usage for calls, smses or to rent other features (extra exophones, extra users, or any available apps) at exotel please ensure to make a recharge for the extra credits once the account credit balance is low once the credits reaches 0, the services for the account will be stopped/suspended until further credits are added please select the amount of credits that you need to recharge ranging from 500 to 100000 credits also, please ensure to select the right percentage of tds amount that you would like to deduct while making the payment click here for further details regarding tds note you will not be able to make a recharge for credits when your account validity is going to expire within a week you will have to first extend the validity (which will be explained in the next type) and then make a recharge for credits extend validity this option allows you to extend the validity of your exotel account the validity of your account refers to the time period for which the account will be active consider it like the date of expiry for the account! please ensure to make the payment for a validity extension at least a couple of days before the due date to ensure uninterrupted services upgrade this option is used to extend the validity of the account and add the credits at the same time it acts as a combo package, where you only need to make a payment for adding both credits and validity what personal information do you collect to accept my payment? before you can make an online payment (using debit/credit card or net banking), you would need to fill up your personal and company information as we pass it to our payment gateway to accept your payment personal information required first & last name email phone number these details are automatically picked up for the super admin of the account from the "co workers & groups" page we also need the following information about your company where can i see my payment history? usually we finish billing your account by the 5th of every month an email with the information on the credits usage for the previous month is sent to all the admins of the account (ex march invoice would contain the usage of february as our billing works in a way where we account for the usage of the current month by the 1st of the following month) please note that if you have a prepaid bill plan, this is merely a usage summary and is not a request to make the payment you could go here to see the payment details made by you so far http //my exotel in/payments if you're logged into your account, click on the buy credits button in the top right corner click on bills in the left panel you will find a list of all your previous bills here you will also receive an email acknowledgement immediately every time you made an online payment currently, we do not send any automated acknowledgement if you make a payment by other modes(imps, neft, or rtgs) what are the recommended recharge amount? the recommended recharge amount depends on the purpose of recharge that is if it is for credits or validity if you are intending to recharge for your account's validity we have 2 options(5 months and 11 months) available you can choose one of the options based on your requirement to know more about the validity extension recharge you can click here this amount should ensure the smooth functioning of your operations you can refer to your previous bill to know your approximate usage for your account which should give you a fair idea of the denomination of the recharge to be made alternatively, you can also analyse your daily usage of credits by downloading the call and sms reports of the previous day, week, or month and then make the necessary recharge depending on your average usage
