we’re sorry to see you go if you decide to close your exotel account, you can do this directly from the dashboard only admins have the permission to close an account how to close your account log in as an admin go to my account (spanner icon) click company info from the left menu scroll down and click close entire account what happens when you close your account all your exophones will be released back into the pool for others to purchase these numbers cannot be recovered all users and their data will be deleted employees will not be able to log in, and inbox data will be lost all calls and voicemail recordings will be permanently deleted any remaining balance in your exotel account will be forfeited there is currently no standard way to export your data on request, exotel can provide a dump of your address book, call recordings, past reports, and invoices deleting an account is final data once lost cannot be recovered additional notes postpaid accounts can only be closed by the respective account manager you will continue to receive email notifications regarding negative balance or account closure for trial accounts , all exophones (except the trial number) will be deleted the account itself will remain active indefinitely feedback before you leave we’d love to hear from you if there’s anything we can do to improve your experience write to us at mailto\ hello\@exotel in call us at +91 8088919888
