You can check which company your Exotel account is registered under from the Company Info section.
Steps
- Log in to your Exotel account.
- Go to My Account (spanner icon).
- Click on Company Info (or access it directly via the provided link).
Information Displayed
- Company Name
- This is the name under which your KYC documents must be uploaded.
- It will also appear on invoices, receipts, and any checks issued.
- The GSTIN, PAN, TAN, and other tax identifiers are associated with this name.
- Address
- The address shown must match the address proof submitted during KYC.
- This is the official address used for all physical correspondence from Exotel.
