you can check which company your exotel account is registered under from the company info section steps log in to your exotel account go to my account (spanner icon) click on company info (or access it directly via the provided link) information displayed company name this is the name under which your kyc documents must be uploaded it will also appear on invoices, receipts, and any checks issued the gstin, pan, tan, and other tax identifiers are associated with this name address the address shown must match the address proof submitted during kyc this is the official address used for all physical correspondence from exotel
