select the call flow with the ivr you'd like to edit by following the steps given below go to app bazaar click on the edit call app next to the desired call flow this will take you to the call flow consisting of the applets associated with it click on the applets until you reach the ivr applet and make the required changes click save on the top right corner and attach an exophone number to proceed further assign exophone to a call flow docid 5pzliet2wb5a7evm1xkiv
