if you’ve forgotten your password, email id, or cannot receive otps, you can recover access to your exotel account using the methods below resetting your password click on forgot password link to reset your password choose a way using which you want to reset your password reset password with email enter your registered and verified email id for which you want to reset your password if the entered email id is registered and verified with us, we will send you a reset link on your email id as well as on your registered and verified phone number once you click on the reset link, it will ask you to create a new password for your account create a strong password for your account, and make sure you fulfill all the asked requirements for your password once you save the password you can go back to the login page and use this new password for the login reset password with phone number enter your registered and verified phone number to reset your password if the entered phone number is registered and verified with us, we will send you an otp via sms to verify your identity if you are using a landline number, you would need to wait for the otp sms to expire post and you will get an option to receive otp via call if you have entered the correct otp on the otp screen, your identity will be verified and you will see a list of accounts linked to your phone number click on the account for which you want to reset the password once you selected the account, it will ask you to create a new password create a strong password for your account, and make sure you fulfill all the asked requirements for the password once you save your password you can go back to the login page and use this new password for the login recovering your email id if you cannot remember the email id linked to your account, you can recover it using your registered phone number recovery via phone number click the forgot email link on the login page enter your registered and verified phone number if valid, you will receive an otp to verify your identity enter the otp on the verification screen you’ll see a list of accounts linked to your phone number select the email id you want to use you’ll be redirected to the login page with the email pre filled issues with otp delivery if you are not receiving otps for sms ensure your mobile plan and device support sms delivery delivery speed may vary by provider and location if sms is slow, try the call option for calls ensure your plan and device support incoming calls call delivery may vary by provider and location troubleshooting password reset you may face issues resetting your password in the following scenarios not a registered user if the entered email or phone number does not exist in the system, no reset link or otp will be sent phone number not verified if your phone number isn’t verified, you won’t receive otps verify your number by giving a missed call to 09513885656 or any number listed in your account too many attempts multiple failed reset attempts temporarily disable password recovery via email or sms the option will reappear the next day always ensure your phone number is verified in exotel to avoid issues with recovery
