let's say an agent makes an outbound call to your customer using the 'call' button on your exotel dashboard first, exotel dials the agent's phone (1st leg), and once s/he picks up the call, exotel now calls your customer (2nd leg) and connects the two here is an illustration of how we calculate the billable duration
