how can find out about exotel's downtimes? is there a place where i can monitor this for myself? we, at exotel, take our reliability very seriously this means we strive very hard to achieve unparalleled uptimes to hold ourselves accountable, we make our uptime information available for everyone to see it is available at http //status exotel in http //status exotel in you can scroll all the way down and observe all incidents that were reported each week along with the resolution time you'd also be able to keep yourself updated in real time with the system status on exotel status board please note that on top of this, we'd be sending out "downtime emails" in case of an outage, and "uptime emails" as soon as it's resolved, to all affected clients
