create a group for creating a group on the dashboard, please follow the below steps goto ' co workers and groups ' https //my in exotel com/exotel/accounts click on ' add group ' enter the name of the group and you are done! note email id is not a mandatory requirement for the group additionally, to add a user to a group, you just need to drag and drop the user to the created group add co worker to a group add a co worker or a new agent to your exotel account first by following the process explained manage users docid\ an9pp4nlq3drrxqkdf2vm after the co worker or agent is a part of your exotel account, you can also drag and drop them into any group you want them to be a part of or you can also add by following the below steps one single agent can be a part of multiple flows so, drag and drop them to as many flows as you'd like them to be a part of clicking on any group will show you all the agents who're a part of that group remove co worker from a group login to your account and head to the co worker's and group section select the group you want to remove the user from click on the " " sign next to the user as shown below the user will then be removed from the group alternatively, you can click on group edit option and uncheck the group you want to remove the user from the user will then be removed
