You can manage how you receive notifications from your Exotel account through the Notification Settings page.
Steps to Update Your Notification Preferences
- Log in to your Exotel account.
- Click on the Settings (spanner icon) at the top of your account.
- From the left panel, select Notification Settings.
- Toggle On/Off the notification boxes to set your preferred notification options.
Notes
You can opt out of most non-essential communications from Exotel. However, some messages — such as downtime alerts, billing reminders, and other administrative updates — may still be sent.
